You can resolve this issue using an editable grid by making the fields you require as read only and the dropdown as editable.

Hi Tony,

If you are telling that you have an extra field with two options than at this point only, we can't say it's read only, I guess you need to save this value of field based on user selection, you can use Editable grid as suggested by others as well to resolve this issue, we can also have read only fields in Editable grid, so this will work.

Hi tonyc ,

You can make use of editable grid, in that you cant make other columns as readOnly, and for status use dropdown component which is editable.
