You can check the type of excel file being uploaded, is it .xlsm, if yes, the smart service might behave differently in this case, try creating a new excel and verify column names and there count alongwith start row field that you are mapping in Smart Service.
Have you performed any cut-paste operations in excel?

RE: Exception in Parse Excel to CDT

Hi Aswini,

I faced the same issue but it not because of the data we dont have any restrictions , in my case my header fields are not matching with the my cdt columns so it was throwing this exception please check that columns once.

RE: Exception in Parse Excel to CDT

Aswini,

I would suggest to create a new excel sheet with 20 columns and 1 row manually with proper data and try using it. Many times its the issue with Excel sheet and its data.

RE: Exception in Parse Excel to CDT

Hi Aswini,

AFAK, There is no such limit is specified. We have tried more than 15 columns and having 1000 records. Could you please check the excel and the configuration once. If possible could you please share the configurations as well as excel sheet here so that other folks will also corner down the issue.
