In both Post System Event to Feed Smart Service and Post Event to Feed Smart Service allows only text in the message (The maxiumum is 4,000 bytes). Image concatenation with text in the message will not work. If you want to display image create a record link specific to the user where user image and other details are available

This will not display an image.

Assuming pv!firstName = "George" this would display:

"New account has been created for George [Document:4039] .Please click below record"

Hey Varsha,
I don't believe it can be displayed like that. The message input in the smart service only accepts text. Then there is another input for Attachments of that type documents that will be the picture that you want to display. But it doesn't hurt to try to see if it will work that way.

Hey Varsha,
Can you clarify what it means to "display in between message". Does it mean that you would like to have a picture display right next to text in the message or is it something else? The post system event to feed and the post event to feed smart services allows for attachment to be added to the news feed. So if you need to display images in the news feed, you have to use the attachment input in the smart services. Please elaborate a bit on your use case.

If you include image files in attachments property of a smart service, it will post images with the tempo post message.

you mean an image at the left instead of the user photo? Maybe an icon?

If so you can define icons or image for the system events
docs.appian.com/.../Post_System_Event_to_Feed_Smart_Service.html

Is that something could meet your requirement? Or you want something like a greater image inline with the message?
