I have exact same requirement, I have used exception flows, but it seems like until form is submitted, values are not reflected on process model side. Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Regardless of the use case that drives this question, and the possible solutions:
It's recommended that you discuss the specific nuances any such solution with your business owners.
Consider situations where 'who submitted' and when they submitted are tracked or audited carefully.
Make sure that automated submissions are not confused with manual submissions in your audits. It could be dangerous.

Hi Rajesh, can you try with Complete Task smart service by passing the Task Ids and Inputs. So that the next flow will continue this way we can make the task as auto submit. Hope this helps. Thanks.

You can configure an Exceptional route from User Input task but always remember if you configure timer event as soon as the flow reaches the User Input task node then the Exceptional timer event got activated no matter whether the task is assigned to a group or a person. In the Exceptional path you can take of necessary steps.
