 I am getting all the content with different fonts and colors except images. 
 How we can include images in HTML template while using Send E-Mail smart service in Appian.

When you say HTML template it is all about the web page that you can talk about. What ever the html tags are available in the html can be used when you send any email. I have already used most of the stuff when I implement send email using html template.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I never tried this image one.
