I use delete document smart service. My question is
is the document eliminated logical way or physical way?

To run "Delete Document Smart Service",user must have at least one of the below rights .
1)You must be a System Administrator.
2)Member of the Document Administrators group,
3)Knowledge Center Administrator.
4)Folder Administrator where document got saved.
5)The person who uploaded the document.

so, configure the assignment tab in swimlane or Smart Service assignment tab with Administrator(you can make its as "Run as whoever designed this process model")

Passing document process variable in the input tab will delete the document.
If the process variable have multiple documents, use MNI in the delete document service to delete all the documents.

It sounds like things are set up appropriately, are you experiencing an error when you run it?
