By any chance, could it be that you switched to analyst view? See top right in modeler. Reverting to designer view should solve your issue then.

Hi rupayanb,

Seems like it is a browser cache issue. Can you please try to open in different Browser or clear your browser cache.

If still not work ask Admin to restart your JBoss Server if it is On premise environment or check with Appian.

Try to open any running instance in monitor mode and click on edit instance.
