You should be able to retrieve it using 'msg!properties'.'Attachments'. This basically extracts all attachments from mail. It should work even if attachment is in body. Test it out

Hi Arun,

Thanks for your suggestion but,

we are not sending an email to client from appian, we will get an email from client to appian, if client wants to add an image like screenshot in email body how to configure that .

Try "Add Image as Attachment" option in Send Email smart service
