yes it happening before the import in inspect step if we import without inspect import is successful.

it solution to this problem if you can help.

If it's happening during the inspecting step, then i assume that means it's prior to the part where they actually start the import.

Since your package size is large it will take some time to inspect. Getting this error is common for large size package, although inspection goes on in the background. You can check News tab to check if the import has been completed or not.
