Therefore, if you wish to display a different name, you can simply navigate to the General Properties of UIT and modify the Task Display Name there.

RE: Renaming a process model

AFAIK, you can rename by the following way.

Create a new process by copying the existing process and then provide whatever new name you want, In this way, a new process model would be created using new name. After that delete the old model.

RE: Renaming a process model

AFAIK, there is no other way to change a process model name.

RE: Renaming a process model

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the name of the process. The name of the object appears as a name in the interface tab and the only way to change it that I have seen is by changing the name of the process. With the display name it has not worked. Is there any other way to change the name of the tab?

This can be done directly within Process Model properties. Simply type a new value into the "Process Model Name" box and save - all done!

Side note, you will likely also want to change the value of the "Process Display Name" field right below that, as it is pre-populated with the process model's original name but then won't change unless you edit it. I typically change it to "=pm!name" as this will make it follow the process model's current name regardless of name changes.
