&lt;p&gt;One of the prod instance was failed &amp;nbsp;at call Integration so thought of do error handling when red cross and end the process with task. Will check all expressions first &amp;nbsp;then will get back to you.&lt;/p&gt;

The nice thing about the Call Integration Smart Service is that it doesn&amp;#39;t pause by exception&amp;nbsp;if it receives an error as a reponse from the API call. Instead, it has an error parameter that will capture whether the integration succeeded or failed and allows the process to continue.&lt;/p&gt;

I can not use above approach to start startProcess ss as it is asynchronous , I want output from call integration ss for further calculations if call successful.&lt;/p&gt;
