&lt;p&gt;Just a few more questions, is the environment you are using to build the email content within Appian itself? If so, you can use a Web API to expose your generated template to a URL, and then fetch your HTML template within the &amp;quot;Insert An Expression&amp;quot; option within the rich text editor in the Send E-Mail smart service.&lt;/p&gt;
