Can you monitor the process instance containing the active task in question (or launch a new instance if needed) and confirm the actual assignment value on the task instance? This would be found in "view node details" --> "Assignment".

Yes, my user account is a member of supervisor group.

Can you confirm whether your user account is currently a member of that group?

Assign it to Supervisor group

The task would need to be assigned either to your user or to a group your user is in, in order for it to show up on your Task list. Can you confirm what the assignment setting of this task is?
