Hi,

To send the link to specific process instance, you can create the link using HTML template as body of email and dynamically update the processID. Similar approach can be taken if you want to send any task link in the email.

Also, if you want users to directly action the task from email you can explore the option of using Task Viewer Add-In :https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.3/Task_Viewer_Add-in_for_Microsoft_Outlook.html

I would like to repeat my question.

If this is a technical issue which should stop the process, then do that and have Appian send an alert to the configured alert receivers. This email already includes a link.

If this is a functional issue, then why would you want to link to the process? Assign a task instead.

The scenario is due to a certain condition met, my XOR gateway diverts the flow to sending an email

Is this about a technical error/issue or about a functional process exception?
