I did found filtering option is the process report, but couldn't find the grouping & aggregation . Also I'm still getting the same error while trying to use grouping inside query process analytics.

Well, I know these discussion very well. My answer is:

"How many task escalations do you expect?"

"I think you have a more severe problems than mailboxes flooded with escalation mails! This would mean that people cannot do their work!"

But back to your requirement.

Did you define a deadline for the tasks? Then, tasks know whether they are overdue. Use the function "is_task_overdue()".

Process reports also support filtering, grouping and aggregation directly in the report configuration. Check that out.

it should work like normal escalation timer feature. like if a task is assigned to me & I dont complete it within two days I should get an email. I already implemented normal task escalation & showcased to clients, but they are saying these escalation mails ar flooding mailbox. So they want to group/consolidate each escalated tasks for the users & send one escalation emails with all the overdue tasks

there is no filter applied in the task report. its without any filter

You saw that the error message on the bottom right?

Did you already filter for overdue tasks in the process report?

Just load all users from the report and then create the union to remove duplicates.
