The problem was the sender of the email. I tried with process and custom sender and it works perfectly fine!

The problem is, that the Appian server tries to send email from a domain it does not own. This es a clear violation of email code of conduct and the receiving server is free to just ignore it.

I can see you are sending email as process initiator . Did you try with other options? It may be happening because of the reasons which Mike has mentioned as well.

But it doesn´t work with personal hotmail accounts too, it´s too strange...

Your problem won't be Outlook AFAIK... the two main possibilities here are that Appian is rejecting the email address for some reason, or more likely, your incoming mail server itself is rejecting the emails from Appian.

Any errors and any emails on spam :(

The email in the image it´s from gmail and it works perfectly fine

Hi Adriana,

Did you check spam folder?

Are you getting any errors in send email node?

Can you share the send email node configuration here if possible so that we can have a look.
