but then again, you got maintainbility issues of you try to update etc.
I recommend using as view plugins asyou can and more rely on standard appian functions whenever possible

Hi,

I think we have a plugin available in Appmarket to create new user. Using this plugin you can avoid send email notifications when creating a new account.

Then you cannot disable it. Its a pain, but sadly its like that.

Besides that: I really recommend updating your version.
Regarding support and as you experience it, new functionality. 20.1. is officially not supported any more.

There should be a boolean value called "sendAccountCreationEmail". -> set it to false()
