It's not clear what you're asking for here. Emails are inherently unstructured. If you're looking to extract data items frim the body of an email programmatically this will be a very fragile way of exchanging data from one system to another. Are you able to send the data to Appian via a WebAPI instead, where you can control exactly the structure?

to achieve custom fields from an email. how can we write that in the email we are sending. I want to know the structure of email.
