Let me check with Appian since this needs to be done for all Production and non Production environments; so what is the possible thing they can do in it. Thanks for your guidance Stefan!!

I think that you just need to request Appian to change the DNS name of your environment to your company's domain.

Thanks Stefan, corrected the requirement!! The ask is external system sends an email to trigger an Appian process using company's SMTP i.e. @company.com rather than @companydev.appiancloud.com.

This is about RECEIVING

I have a use case wherein one of my current process is started when an external system sends email on the process model id i.e.: processmodel<id>@companydev.appiancloud.com( here dev represents the Appian environment).

This is about SENDING

The requirement is that:
The system need to send external mails using company's SMTP i.e. @company.com rather than @companydev.appiancloud.com.
