I have configured Appian to poll a mailing account.

But still, I am unable to capture OOO email.

Any further advices please.

Did you configure Appian to poll a mailing account?

In any case, I find it much easier (and more secure) to use an external email account and poll it using something like the MS Graph Email Poller.

Stefan, I never tried this. Also, not sure how to trigger a process Model by sending an email.

Can you trigger the process by manually sending an email to it? Once that works, are you sure that the reply email will go to that process model?

Did you configure the process model to accept "Public Events" on the General tab in model properties?
