&lt;p&gt;for example : if we give deletion as 3 days for any process model, once process is completed or cancelled that process instance will be removed from system &amp;amp; It will not be stored in the back end.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The process wont get archived or deleted as there is an active task in the process. The archival or deletion trigger only when the process is completed and there is no active node in the process.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
