I understand "process was active and waiting at the user input task to complete". That's good and fits my assumptions.

What does "user input task was not taking any assignees in assigned to it was null and didn't have any value" mean? Is that by configuration or by accident? How do you know that?

In that screenshots, where would you expect to see these tasks?

BTW, just to get this clear. Are we talking about regular Appian processes, user input tasks and a process report ?

Means like in the backend user input task was active but in front end there was no task triggered but process was active and waiting at the user input task to complete and user input task was not taking any assignees in assigned to it was null and didn't have any value

OK, but what does "task needs to be triggered for user" mean?

We just have no idea what you are doing and what you want to achieve.
