You'd simply pass the new user's username into the node, using the expression editor.

Hi, create the user using create user service , save the new user created in a process variable (output variable), pass that pv(user type) in the input of Add Group node.
Pass the group name as constant/select the group. That is the standard process.

Anything else that you wish to perform here ?

Yes, I'm trying to configure the user to be added but without selecting it manually. right now my process model creates the user in the system and then I want to add it to the group, but it only works if I manually select the user in the Add group members node.

Generally speaking the "Add Group Members" smart service should be sufficient - are you having any particular trouble?
