I cant remember it correctly but I came across similar issue and its due to process stuck on draft version by the deactivated user and it doesn't runs on the latest version even after save and publish.

Not sure if its the same with you.

In the screenshot you shared, I saw some weird black question marks. Do you have an idea where these come from?

1) I mean when I debug the process It'll run on its draft version as I monitored it. On monitoring it shows that the running instance is draft

2) yes, all the PM that involved in this process have latest published version.

As usual, we need way more details to be able to support you.

1) "PM is still running on draft version": What exactly do you mean with this? Appian only initiates the last published version of a process. Except you use the "Start for Debugging" function.

2) Did you make sure that all involved models have a published version?
