You can run the process on a particular time period using the triggers on the start node.

An example to start the process after every 10 minutes -

The delay in a start node, defines when that process is started the first time. Recurrence defines the interval after the initial execution. Timer conditions will evaluate whenever a timer triggers.

Stefan, could you please tell me in which order these options will evaluate 1. delay, 2. time recurrence, 3. timer conditions. like first time recurrence, then delay then timer conditions or something else like that. I'm little confused with the documentation statements (mentioned above)

Sorry, but a rule node will not help here as there is no active instance.

The typical way to implement a scheduled process based on dynamic conditions is, to start that process in a fixed interval, e.g. every hour, and then evaluate the conditions in a XOR.

Delay and timer recurrence will NOT update in case one of your constants changes. Time conditions have some limitations.
