&lt;p&gt;As far as I understand it, the method you have given is supposed to be the use of my company&amp;#39;s mail server. At this stage, I do not envisage using our company&amp;#39;s mail server, but rather sending emails from Appian&amp;#39;s own mail server (@ENVIRONMENTNAME.appiancloud.com).&lt;/p&gt;
