It can be the issue with link, there might be some error that's why your screen getting refreshing due to protecting from showing the error may be set in the admin console, if you try to reproduce same scenario, in second time it will show you the error, at that time only

i am using this interface in UIT , i accept task and click on any leftside navigation i am getting out to homepage

Have you checked logs.where this task opened process modeller or site? Still thinks it's problem with your browser

i am using dynamic link to navigate in interface, but when i am using this interface inside user input task once i accept and click on any navigation its getting close and i am coming to home page

what's the link type??(if it's not safeurl(), weblink()... or some other redirecting links) then I think it's some kind of cache issue with your device or web . Try re logging. In your image it seems like Task is not properly connected
