Yes. Try that. And if you need to keep that loop, make sure to enable "When this node is completed: delete previously completed/canceled instances" for ALL nodes in the loop.

Im not sure why you are making the script task as MNI. Try to put the nodes whatever that you want to run as MNI in a subprocess and make that subprocess as MNI. The below configuration will help you.
