Posiblemente tengas que crear algo ad hoc para poder conseguir esta funcionalidad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Intenta generalo en HTML para poder jugar con lo que muestras, y luego ya generas el documento final&lt;/p&gt;
