When clicking on the action link,if you get the message as "Action completed succesfully" then the activity chaining is missed out in the flow.Please ensure that all nodes are activity chained and check the security access for the process model.

Also,if there is any node errored out between the start event and the UI form,then also you will face this issue.

Hi sridharj, have you check the security of the actions and process model? If you have access for the both then only you can able to complete the task as required. If you have access for the actions then you can able to view the actions, but if you are not having the access for process model to initiate then the same above which you mention situation will occur.

Kindly once verify the security?

Sorry, by one of your environments, do you mean DEV, TEST, etc.? or a local install? Can you attach a screenshot showing the issue? Thanks.

To clarify, is this happening on Forum, in one of your environments, or a local installation? If it is in one of your environments, which environment(s) are you seeing the behavior in?
