This will, of course, kill the original Task (and then replace with a new one) which may not be the outcome you want. So if you want the Task to still be Active, but want (as Robert proposes) to send a fully configurable email you can use the 'Send Message Event' option in your escalation, and add a Receive Message "listener" in the same process model:

If you feel that you need more control over your messaging than is offered by an Escalation, then instead of an Escalation, configure an Exception on your task that flows into a Send E-mail node.

@reginaldm377 I edited subject, it's updating at subject of alert notification but not at highlighted area

@riyazs that highlighted part corresponds to the subject line (which will also show in that same option I mentioned previously). Edit that and you should be good to go.

Yeah,I'm in right place. But the heading of alert which I highlighted is taking fixed format.
Where can I update that.

There should be an option labeled "Send Alert" under the Escalations tab that will allow you to provide the body of an alert notification. Hope this info helps.
