I configured the start node with a timer event to delay for one minute and the timer recurrence is daily at 12:00AM pm!timezone but for some reason the process model is triggering at 7:00PM

RE: Timer Event

You can go to process model general properties and in the timezone dropdown you can select the timezone you are looking for.

RE: Timer Event

@steven Thanks. From your description it sounds like the process model is running at 12AM GMT, which would be 7PM Eastern time. My suggestion would be to add five hours as you mentioned so that the process model runs at 5AM GMT. This solution should continue to work in Prod unless your environments are configured differently.

Thanks,
Lucas
