I need to add more than 10 quick filters to the report, but the option is disabled. Is there a way to add more filters?

Issue in record sync

Hi Team,

I have a main record type called Case, which is based on the Case table as its source.

For reporting purposes, I created another record type called Closure Report, and this record type is also using the same Case table as its source.

In our process model, we are using the Write to Record smart service to write data into the Case table.

The Case record is syncing automatically without any issues. However, the Closure Report record is not syncing automatically. When I check the data preview of the Closure Report record type, I can see the latest updated values in the table.

If I perform a manual sync for the Closure Report record type, then it works and the latest data is reflected properly.

Previously, we created similar report-type records using the same approach, and they were working fine. This issue is occurring only for records created from last month onward.

Could you please help me understand why the Closure Report record is not syncing automatically even though the data is getting updated in the source table, and why it works only after manual sync?

How to Hide AI Copilot in Process HQ Reports?

We’ve created several reports for business users in Process HQ and made them available on our site. By default, the AI Copilot feature is appearing in those reports, but the client does not want this feature enabled.

Is there an option in the Admin Console to disable or hide it, or should we raise a support ticket with Appian to get it removed?

Grouping Not working properly on date time field in Bar Chart when the interval is DATE_TEXT

Hi, the grouping is not working as expected in bar chart when i am using a!recorddata. I am working on PST time. So, any record which is created after 4 PM PST is grouped as the next day. Let's say I have 2 records, one at Feb 12, 3 PM PST and another at Feb 12, 5 PM PST. When I apply a filter for Feb 12, the bar chart actually shows me data of two dates, Feb 12 and Feb 13. The record which is created at 5PM PST is grouped to Feb 13. It is most likely due to the time difference(8 hours) between gmt and pst, as I can clearly observe any record after 4 PM PST is grouped to the next day. Is this behaviour expected? Please suggest me a solution.

Issues with Process HQ CSV Export Formatting

I am currently working with Process HQ reports, and when exporting the data, the files are automatically downloaded in CSV format.

I have two questions regarding this export:

Some fields that are numeric are being exported as text format. Is there a way to ensure they are downloaded directly as numeric values instead of text?
In some cases, exported numbers include a strange prefix character (for example: $~118.331.052.083.617,56). Is there a recommended configuration or workaround to prevent these characters from appearing?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

I have a scenario where I need to create a pie chart based on a record type for example cmgt_task.I want to show two datas in a pie chart (20%-80%),one having due date as today and completed on as today date and other one will be all open work items that is having due date as today.How can I proceed with this,like do i need to do two seperate queries or it is possible to implement using one query using aggregation.Kindly help me with this scenario ,If I can do it through aggregation then how can I will give different filters for thsese two datas

Task report not showing "Assigned" tasks

Hello!

I have a task report which shows tasks from all users that have the current logged in user as their supervisor.

The problem I'm facing is that tasks with the status "Assigned" are not being shown in the report, which in turn creates a problem where if I reassign a task from someone it immediately goes to status "Assigned" and stops being shown in the report.

Here is how I pick up tasks from my subordinates.

Export Report to Excel: An error occurred while executing a save

When trying to export a report to an Excel file, I get this error in UI and Logs:

in rule 'taskfilters' (called by rules 'tasks' > 'dashboard') :

An error occurred while executing a save: java.lang.InternalError: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException (APNX-1-4198-019)

I've searched in the community for similar behavior and tried some suggestions, but the problem persists and no one has resolved it.

Multiple values in Process Report column

Hello everyone,

I am having issues with querying process report which has multiple (different) values in one column. The column is filled with data from a list of CDTs, for example:

I've tried setting it as a list of integers and strings, but either way, when trying to query all rows which have a value "12345" in that column (by using a!queryProcessAnalytics), I get no results.

Hi,

We have a custom email notification configured for a task and this is done using the tp!id parameter. the Task URL that gets generated looks like: /suite/tempo/tasks/task/<task-id>. When the user gets the task assigned and opens it from the tasks tab, it works fine. The URL for this contains the opaque task id. But when the user open the task via the custom email (tp!id), the task throws the error:

The Requested Task Is Not Available The task may not exist or you may not have permission to view it.

The same code works in one of our Appian environments - version 25.1.286.0 and it doesn't work in the environment - version : 25.1.236.0. Any idea if this has got anything to do with the Appian version?

I have create a record type using a view, Which has more than a million data.

But in performance im getting the below error

Issue with Multiple Values in Process Report Affecting Active Process ID Query

Hi everyone,

We have configured a process report to retrieve all active processes.

Additionally, we have a query to obtain the active process ID for each case based on the Case ID.

However, we are encountering an issue where multiple values are appearing in the column of the process report (mapped pv value for column in process report). As a result, some of the active process IDs are not being queried correctly.

Could someone please help us understand why multiple values are appearing in the process report? Is it because the process report contains the value changes from the process history?

Label name in charts

I'm developing a Help Desk application and need to create a column chart for priority. When a priority is clicked, its ID should be stored and passed to a drilldown grid but the current code is displaying the ID as the label instead.

Its my first time working on reports. I am trying to generate a task report type and i am choosing context as tasks by process. I want to get a list of tasks in the process instance. However, everytime i open the report, i cannot see the latest instance details. I need to add it manually to view the details. Can anyone please help me understand if i am missing out anything?

Hi Everyone, We have a requirement to remove the unwanted data i.e., the data without value or zero value from the mouse hover as highlighted below from the chart. Can anyone please help us and let us know how this can be achieved?
