I thought that with empty permission tags would works as a global "domain", but as you have mentions it only works with same permissions and not emptied.

Did adding the same permission tags to your process and resource resolve your issue?

I don't have any permission tags. Non in the robotic process, nor on the resource. Both of them are empty..

I had checked that and since I didn't know properly how to use it, I have left it empty.
