I am making an Interface on Appian where I have to show RPA Recourse Status(I.e. If Bot is online then: Online, if Offline then :Offline, if Disabled then status will be show Disabled ).Is it possible to fetch the resource current status and display ?

It is important that the agent is in a folder whose full path has no blanks to prevent it from any problem during robotic processes' executions.
- Make sure the resource has a Java virtual machine (JVM) version 8 or higher installed.
- Go to the folder where the agent is located to run it.
- The agent icon color in the system tray appears red when the agent is connected to the console.
- You can also select 'Element inspector' in the menu to check whether the connection is established or not.

If you have done all these steps and the resource is still offline:
- Check that your resource has connectivity to the server.
- If the resource has a proxy, its configuration is necessary (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/rpa/setup/agents.html#configuration-file).

I hope this helps you.
