You can extract the variable in Java like this:

JidokaFactory.getServer().getEnvironmentVariables().get(name)

Hi Kalai, I recommend checking the Javadoc under IJidokaServer but I believe you can use the getEnvironmentVariables() method on the IJidokaServer interface
