Hi,

If you are talking about Appian RPA queues then you have to build a RPA bot (for any sort of RP queues interaction) which can be expose as api and used it wherever you want.

For that development Appian RPA has Queue Template to build the bot. You can refer below links which will may help you-

Not sure of queue you referring to, please elaborate.

Everything that you can do in Appian and almost any data you need from Appian can be exposed via Web API. There are some limitations to Web APIs for example "The size of this document is limited to 75 MB" vs from Appian UI it's 1GB (it may be more). Please review documentation for more details.
