You can try task recorder available in Appian RPA for web based ui to fetch the correct selectors.

Greetings,

As you suggested I have tried using the press enter button but again I am getting the same error " Error: HTTP 401 Error " and i also tried giving the button class name "btn-primary" but yet I am gettings the same result.

please find the below attached image to go through the error

Make sure to check the box, "scroll to element' which helps the bot find hidden page elements. A few other solutions are to use 'Press keyboard shortcuts' and tab over to the sign-in button and then press enter.
