If you're facing a login error when connecting Appian to UiPath, ensure the following:

Credentials: Confirm the username and password are correct and have the required permissions in UiPath.
Endpoint URL: Verify that the UiPath Orchestrator Endpoint URL is correct.
Tenant Name: Check that the tenant name matches exactly with what's in UiPath Orchestrator.
Authentication Method: UiPath may require token-based authentication; ensure Appian is configured for this method.
Firewall/Network: Confirm there are no network issues blocking the connection.

you will face the similar problem with cloud version. we have completed the task using Automation Anywhere plugin.

Just to update.

In my case, since the envioronment I have is a cloud one, so I need to use another plug-in specialized for cloud instead.

Name of which is "UiPath Public Cloud Connected System".
