This feature is available as of Appian RPA 8.6. You should request to upgrade your Appian RPA version if possible. (Creating a support ticket).

If it is not possible, without this feature, the resolution is stablished by default in the windows registry normally is (1024 x768). It is defined in the Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration key., We could help you to modify it, but our recommendation is upgrade the RPA version and use the new feature.

Thanks for the response. When I look at the Resource Details page on my RPA console, I do not see the automatic sign in functionality. Is there something I have to do in order to enable it?

The last version of Appian RPA includes a feature to Allow Appian to Sign In from the console ( https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.4/rpa-8.6/components/resources.html#allow-appian-to-sign-in ) , You can configure this functionality to execute Robotic processes in an unattended mode.

As you can see in the documentation, if you start the Agent using this feature, you can choose the screen resolution to use.
