IMHO, Appian processes are the core of your workflow orchestration. RPA is only used to bridge to any system or data source that does not have any proper means of integration like an API.

I am really confused why does Appian have same capabilities available in Appian designer workflow management and Appian RPA?

For example, scheduling of the jobs can be done through Appian workflow management via agent but I see that using RPA also we can do the same.

Could please help me understand exactly what scenario or use cases Appian RPA is used versus Appian workflow management
