Delete the current robot from Appian.
Create a new robot with the same name you used for the previous one, as suggested earlier.
Download the installer again and run it on your machine.
If the robot is still unresponsive, verify the Java version installed on your machine to ensure it meets the Appian requirements.
If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the robot with the correct Java version.

Please try by deleting existing robot and create a new robot with same name and install the RPA installer again.

As mentioned in RPA Documentation, If you're using a Windows-based resource, download the .msi Java installer.
please install this and try it.

Hi mayuris, Java 8 or higher must be installed in the host machine.
