An issue has arisen. They shared the new site along with a username and password, but upon attempting to log in, it still shows that the username and password are invalid. The highlighted concern is that even with the provided username and password, the login is unsuccessful. I have raised another ticket for this, but there has been no response as of now

Hello,
After receiving the email, I attempted to use the link within 5 minutes.
Currently, I have raised a ticket with the community team regarding this issue.
Let's see how they can resolve it.

Hello,

The reset password link will be valid for only 15 minutes. Try to reset the password again and enter your credentials before 15 minutes.

After that, I received the reset password link, but when I clicked on it, the link showed that it had expired.

Try to update your password using 'forgot your password?' option. Hope that works.
