Can you try unistalling the previous RPA installer from your system and try installing a fresh one?

I'll provide you the steps to Reinstall and Reconnect Appian RPA Agent:

Step 1: Uninstall the existing Appian RPA Agent from your system.

Step 2: Go to the following folder and delete it:
C:\Users\userName\AppData\Local\AppianRPA

If the folder doesn’t delete, just restart your system and try again.

Step 3: Delete any previously downloaded agent installation files from your Downloads folder.

Step 4: Open the Appian RPA Operational Console.

If a robot is already created, click on its name.

If not, create a new robot.

Step 5: On the robot page, click "Manage Connections".

Step 6: Click "Download Installer" and extract the zip file.

Step 7: Run the installer.

Do not check the box for “Enable auto sign in.”

Step 8: After installation is complete, wait for 2 minutes.

The robot icon should appear in your system tray automatically.

Step 9: If the icon does not appear, manually start the agent by:

Going to: C:\Users\userName\AppData\Local\AppianRPA

Double-click the AppianAgent.exe file-------if still your facing problem , send screenshot
