You can use char(1) as your section label

Another sub-optimal solution / workaround for earlier versions would be to use an image field of the arrow icon, and add a dynamicLink to that image with hides/shows the section. The drawback with this approach (outside of being clunky) is that required fields in that section would not be evaluated when collapsed, since they're technically hidden fields.

Thank you Andriyr, I tried looks like only works in 17.2 and above not in 17.1 and below versions

You could put a space or some other whitespace character as the label. This works as shown in the screenshot below
