 I am trying to get back the firstName of a deactivated user. The user function is throwing an error -

I just found out that the users we were trying to look for in the 17.2 environment only existed in the 16.3 environment. So the user function running on a user that does not exist at all would obviously throw an error. The user function works just fine. &lt;br /&gt;

Are you positive the username this is failing on is actually an existing username in your environment? The use case is to display the names of poeple who submitted requests in our application. There could be some who might have submitted requests before they left and got deactivated. I have the usernames and am converting them to firstnames using the user function. This worked fine in 16.3, but doesn&amp;#39;t in 17.2. &lt;br /&gt;
