Can you check the Application Server logs?
make sure that the search server is up and running.

Hi udayasain,

Can you follow below steps (Assumming you have On premise installation)

Restart you application server
You should able to open the interface now.
Copy the expression in the interface and provide it here.

1. Are you facing this issue for all expression rule in your Environment?, Which environment are you using?.

2. Can you try to create duplicate of this rule and try to open it.
