Did you mean to say that it worked fine, and you have no more error after the removal of the unnecessary NOT NULL, or is it still breaking even after doing that?

Can you post a sample of the query you are running? If this is consistently reproducible (even when creating a new query), your best bet is probably to open a case with Appian Support.

Hey Thanks for the response.

1. Did you check in the logs for detailed error message?

Yes. From logs, we figured out its a time out issue.

2. Did you change any query timeout settings in older versions?

No changes in Timeout settings

3. Try create pretty new query with same parameters and try to run the new one and see what the out come.

Yes. It threw the same error

4. When you say it is working other environments. Did you check the data size in the table?

Other environments are repointed to the same database. Hence database and code base are the same

5. Are you on Cloud or On-Premise instance of appian?

Cloud.
