I just need Appian AI. It includes all services of Google Cloud and its easier to do the integration, but i dont know how to implement Appian AI in my enviroment, thats my real question. There is not documentation about that

Hey, the two license files you received are for installing and running Appian on premise. This is nothing to do with AI,

If you are installing Appian, follow the guidelines here (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/Windows_Installation_Guide.html) and it also talks about where to deploy the license files without which Appian won't start.

Once you have installed Appian and got it up and running, follow the instructions on how to configure Document extraction, You need to request your own key from Google GCP and use them in order to use document extraction.

Hi again! I have got the License that I have asked but it's a .rar with 2 files. k3.lic and k4.lic. How can I implant Appian AI in our enviroment? Thank you so much.

If you go to the main support page, there should be buttons on the right that link you to your accounts and / or licenses. If you don't see those buttons, I'd suggest reaching out to your support contact or opening a ticket with Appian Support to help you.

Yes, I want to use Appian AI, but I dont know where I have to do the request of the license here in the Appian Community, can I have the link?

You should follow the steps in the section on How to Get a Google Service Account Key File - it says to either get the information from the License Management section on Appian Community (if using Appian AI) or to generate your own key file directly from the Google Cloud Console. Did either of those work for you?

Yes, I have. But in Administration Console > Document Extraction section there's a default configuration. This configuration should be changed to our Google account to use the Google or Appian includes something?

Have you looked at the documentation for Document Extraction? What issues are you having?
