If the permissions are OK, take a look in the interface. I realized that this error also appears when you have a UX error in a record action

By any chance are you trying to open the related action for a record which is getting filtered out by Record Source filters or Record-Level Security rules ?

It gave me same error when I tried to do this.

Data seems to be fine as well and the there are no nulls as such related to that record and identifier is unique

Can you please check the data related to that particular record ? There might be a case where there is an issue in the data will throw error like this.

I would suggest to check the securities for all related components and also once re-configure/ re-map the related action and check the luck!

No but it is possible to have this error for a particular record action if the user do not have enough privileges to access the process model. As you confirm that you have verified securities and permissions, I would still suggest you to check for all the precedents securities and if everything is fine then can you please share some details of Related action like screenshot of edit Related action page to see if you are passing the identifier correctly.

HI Sanchit,

verified all the access related securities and permissions and this issue is happening for only one record .

If it is permission issue it should not work for other records as well where as it is working for all other records except that single record

As the error descriptions says, you do not have permission to view the related action. Ensure that the user has atleast Viewer permission level for the process used in related action.
